Professor Etienne Baulieu led Mapreg, a pharmacological organisation that was supported by Charles Rosier when he started his healthcare projects. He is also one of the investors of Mapreg, a laboratory in Paris that examines depression, strokes and other serious conditions. He was the project’s major investor. A certain drug treatment for strokes that can cause spinal cord damage was being tested. The Mapreg Drug project was Charles Rosier’s first successful healthcare project.

He focused on public-asset management as their Managing Director. From 2009 until 2010, Charles Rosier held the position of Managing Director of Goldman Sachs, which is a huge multinational investment banking firm.
